When a user places a buy order that is fully or partially matched, the amount in the chosen currency is immediately transferred to the sellers' account, and these transactions are irreversible.

Deposits and Withdrawals: Users have the option to withdraw money deposited into their XchangeOn account, fully or partially, within the withdrawal limits. XchangeOn may retain or deduct amounts due to user actions and transfer or refund the remaining balance in compliance with applicable laws.

Purchase and Selling of Cryptocurrencies: Users can purchase any cryptocurrency using the currencies stated on the platform, and the respective amount in INR/BTC/USDT will be deducted from the user's wallet. Similarly, selling any cryptocurrency can be done using the currencies stated on the platform, and the respective amount will be credited to the user's wallet.

No Entitlement to Refund or Cancellation: Users will not be entitled to a refund or cancellation in the following circumstances:

  • The user fails to provide XchangeOn with requested information or documents as per the terms of service.
  • XchangeOn suspects the user of engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, or breaching any laws in any jurisdiction.
